1. ARE GOAT GRIPS 100% WATERPROOF? 

No, the upper part of the shoe is not waterproof at the moment. However, they do dry quickly, and wick moisture and sweat fast.

2. DO YOU OFFER GUARANTEE ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

Of Course! We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on every single one of our sales if the product does not fulfill your needs. We also offer free exchanges across the US for any damaged, or faulty orders upon delivery. 

3. WHAT ARE BAREFOOT SHOES? 

Barefoot shoes, like the name indicates, are a type of footwear that provide the user with the closest feeling to being barefoot possible. The Goat Grip™ takes this concept to another level, providing the least restrictive range of motion, and widest toe box available. 

4. WHY IS A LARGE TOE BOX IMPORTANT?

Most conventional shoes get narrower towards the front. This doesn't match the shape of our feet and means that the toes are squashed into an unnatural shape. As a result, freedom of movement and stability are limited. The toe box of The Goat Grip™ is wide and shaped to match the foot. This allows the toes to grip the ground and naturally spread out while walking.

5. IS THE SOLE PUNCTURE PROOF?

Yes! We've tested The Goat Grip™ against rocks, glass, corals, tree splinters, and much more. The sole is resistant enough to protect your feet against all these, however, we do not recommend for you to step directly on top of a sharp-pointed object such as a nail. 

6. HOW MUCH DO GOAT GRIPS WEIGHT?

The Weight varies depending on what size you order, but the average is around 6oz.

7. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE TO GET THE RIGHT SIZE?

The best way to choose your size is to measure your foot, and base your selection on the lenght in inches of your foot. For example, if your feet measures 10 1/2 In, then the Large sized model would be your best fit.

8. DO YOU OFFER OTHER COLORS BESIDES BLACK?

No, at the moment this is our only color available. However, pale pink and neon orange models will be coming to the store very soon, if interested, please subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of the page and we'll contact you once they are live!

9. HOW MUCH WEAR CAN THE SOLE TAKE?

We have done multiple endurance tests on The Goat Grip™ proprietary sole design, and it is good for up to 500 miles or 800 Km before needing to be replaced.

10. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We offer three different types of shipping: Free Tracked & Insured shipping, Express 3 day shipping ($7.95), and Premium Next day shipping ($19.95).
